FREIGHT:     Free shipping on all orders over $150 within                                     the contiguous 48 US States. We ship UPS                                       only.

CLAIMS:    Claims for shortages and/or damaged goods must be                                            made within 5 days of receipt. Any claims for damaged                                          goods must be made with UPS.

RETURNS:     Merchandise will be accepted for credit or exchanges only                         with the prior approval of Fordster's Tackle. Returns must                          be shipped back prepaid and will be subject to a 15%                                restocking fee.
